What we do
CHC is a not for profit company which provides affordable homes to low and moderate income households for rent and sale.

How we do it

 We work with the government to expand housing options and increase the supply of affordable housing as part of the ACT Government's Affordable Housing Action Plan.

We develop innovative housing options that provide choice and meet the evolving needs of the community for affordable housing.

We work with the private sector to expand the range and supply of afforable housing.

We provide housing development and asset management expertise to the community.
